THE BEGINNING

Chastin Construction was founded in 2015 by Eng. Charles Kiragu with a focus on small residential works and basic construction services. The company started with a lean team, taking on minor house renovations, site supervision, and small-scale building projects. During this period, the foundation was laid through hands-on work, strong client relationships, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

BUILDING FOUNDATIONS

As trust in our work grew, Chastin Construction began handling more structured residential projects. We expanded into full house construction, simple architectural design, and structural works. This phase marked the development of internal systems for project planning, cost estimation, and site management, helping us deliver more organized and efficient projects.

EXPANSION INTO LARGER PROJECTS

During this period, Chastin Construction transitioned into mid-sized construction projects. We began working on residential estates, multi-unit homes, and more complex structural works. DIVERSIFICATION & GROWTH

Chastin Construction expanded significantly into commercial and infrastructure-related projects. We started undertaking go-downs (warehouses), commercial buildings, and weighbridge construction works. This phase also saw the integration of modern construction tools and improved project management systems to support larger and more demanding projects.
